Angela Bostock

Hi, my name is Angela, and I have worked in my local community of Medway since 2000, supporting families. In 2019 I qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor and in 2022 a psychotherapist for children and young people. I work in a creative way using sand trays, art, etc. and will tailor your needs to help increase your self awareness.

The work I do has given me opportunities to work in schools, private practice and a company called Able Futures who are commissioned by the department of works and pensions (DWP) as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant for mental health.

I am an experienced group facilitator having facilitated parents groups, groups for women,  and mental health groups within schools for students and staff.

I am currently working in private practice, schools and Able Futures. In my private practice I see clients in Rochester. I'm currently working towards become a supervisor and training with a therapy dog to enhance my practice.

I believe it’s important to build a good trusting relationship within the counselling environment to empower a person to be able to make their own choices and to move forward into the future, in a space without criticism or judgement .
